Sports & Physical Wellness Activities

The Calgary Single Mothers Society promotes physical health and overall well-being through inclusive sports and physical wellness activities for women and youth. We collaborate with community organizations and partners to offer accessible sports programs that encourage active lifestyles, teamwork, and confidence.

In addition to sports programs, we provide physical wellness sessions focused on movement, fitness, and healthy living in a supportive and welcoming environment.
