SPORTS & PHYSICAL WELLNESS ACTIVITIES
The Calgary Single Mothers Society supports physical and mental well-being byoffering basic meditation, yoga, and other light physical activities designed toreduce stress, improve overall health, and encourage self-care for single mothers,women, and families.
We also collaborate with the Canadian Zalmi Society and other communityorganizations to deliver inclusive sports and recreational programs for singlemothers and youth. Through these partnerships, we expand access to safe, supportive,and affordable physical activities that promote confidence, teamwork, and healthylifestyles within the community.
Together, these initiatives help foster wellness, connection, and resilience for bothindividuals and families.
